I believe I paid for express delivery. but was still two days before I received the package in the mid pm. probably not Exam Ninjas fault. Grand daughter has started work already and has found them very helpful explains things better.

Disappointed that though I have purchased items before, your system refused to recognise me, despite being able to contact me. I therefore dealt by phone. That was not easy : I rang several time on a Friday afternoon before getting through to a machine which said that someone would get back to me. They didn't. I eventually managed to contact a human being and we completed the transaction. I was impressed by the speed with which the order arrived and I thought that contents of the books was brilliant, though I wish you could do something about the smell. I downloaded some free year 6 maths sats papers before deciding to order the full set of 2016 practice papers. Ordering was easy, delivery was just a couple of days and I am impressed by the way the tests are presented. I'm very glad I decided to order them as they do seem to be a level harder than the previous years tests - which is what we are told the children can expect in the real tests. These are proving to be great practice for my daughter.

Books arrived next day. Beautifully packaged. Bit of mix up with order and got two of same books by mistake. Made a phone call and correct book arrived promptly next day with prepaid postage sticker to return book received in error. Fantastic customer service.
