Usually very good, however..... In one last order 2 items were missing and i received one that I hadn't ordered. They quickly put this right. My latest order was correct. All resources arrive quickly. I did however, have a letter telling me that there would be a surprise for me in my next order but there was no surprise (unless the surprise was that this order was correct, in which case, well done) Jackie hilton

Papers were delivered promptly (before expected) and parcelled well. They were as described, up-to-date and reader/child friendly. I will use them again.

My daughter is approaching her SATS and these books are perfect, they give you a good insight into what they need to learn/know. Would highly recommend these books for anyone in the same situation.

I would rate the 2014 Sat's revision pack at 5 star and recommend to parents preparing the kids for forthcoming sat's. My child is working on sets for Level 3-5 and Ninja pack is set up at slightly advanced level, which enables children to prepare for tougher questions as compared to other revision packs set by various bodies. Moreover I believe the price of the material is at a reasonable rate.
