Highly efficient, and I am totally impressed by the services. However, I think there should be an option for delivery as in express mail or normal airmail. For customer who wants to save cost in shipping especially for overseas customers, they can opt for normal mail instead of express mail. I received my order just within 3 working days of cause for I also had to pay huge amount on shipping (almost equivalent the cost of books I ordered). For, I don't mind to pay a bit less and receive the books in 1-2 weeks time.

Very good service maybe not necessary to Send a picture of my package and to wrap in tissue paper. I thought the level was slightly easier than samples from Gov. and in the reading didn't use all the different types of recording a question that maybe used. Realise that this is scholastic not the company . Very good communication and good service from company.
