Excellent from start to finish! I was able to track my order so knew what time I needed to be in to receive my package within a 1 hour window. The parcel was very well wrapped and I was even sent a photo of the package before it left the depot. It felt like a really personalised service. Well done Ninja!

I was shocked to receive a photo of the box being sent to me. It duly arrived the following day ,extremely well packed. The use of tissue paper to keep the books in pristine condition was a wonderful addition. They also enclosed a free revision card, again a wonderful addition, an unexpected one.
