I thought the overall service from exam nija was very good becasue they delievered what they said they would. I was able to track the delivery, I got everything I ordered together. The online experience was brilliant. The only downside was that I was offered next day delivery, which I wanted and paid for and it took 4 days to be delivered.

I was disappointed with the time scale for delivery. On screen it flashed "next day delivery". They charge for express delivery as standard but I ordered on Tuesday evening and didn't receive my goods until Friday.

The books I purchased for 6/7yrs Math and English are very easy to follow and look professional. From what I've seen so far I feel they will be a great help to my child when he completes the Year 2 SATS this year plus they give the patent an understanding on what is being taught in the school. I am very pleased with my purchase.
