Very bad service. I ordered KS2 practice pack on 6th April,2023 for practice during the term end holidays. Today is 13th and the material has still not arrived. Totally disappointed.

Very helpful for busy parents and my kids love it. They have been studying every day for sats with exam ninja and enjoying. Received the pack fast and they were prompt to ship the pack. The only thing that I want to point out is that the spelling practice book should come with the words apart from the audio, to be easy to check after the practice rather then going to google to see how do you spell a word, also the math practice should come with the answers. Apart from these two things, exam ninja is the best.

Very deceptive. They make you sign up promising you that it is free and then when you sign up, you find out that it is not free at all.
