I've been using Exam Ninja books for around five years to help my nine-year-old daughter with her schooling. We buy a set for each year and my daughter works her way through them, a little each day, with my assistance. These are an excellent resource for boosting a child's learning journey and supporting the school curriculum.

I bought some books to be delivered to Andorra. Despite inputting my complete name and address, and paying by credit card, the system put UK as the country and lost both my surnames and half my address. These were requested a few days later, and a further delivery payment was requested which I paid. The packet arrived after more than two weeks and was only delivered because the postman rang me to ask if I had ordered a parcel. I gave two stars because it arrived. Please improve your system.
