Sent out incorrect books. Good customer service, quick to respond to my email with a plan to send out correct books and return label for incorrect books. Still waiting for original order but only 8 days.

Fabulous resource, I got the Key Stage 3 maths pack. The revision book is easy to use, well laid out and written in a teen-friendly "fun" manner. Workbooks are excellent. Would recommend. Exemplary customer service too; in error I received a duplicate order and the customer service team sorted out the issue immediately.
